For this part of the project I have to thank Chris and Arthur, my colleagues, who helped me a lot.

As I’m working in Human Resources since several years now, I am looking for innovative HR people who would like to share their ideas, skills to help all of us improving our work and overcome the challenges we are facing.

AI is becoming more and more present in the recruitment process for instance or some companies share everybody's salaries.

There are so many solutions and innovative ways of managing HR that it would be a shame keeping these ideas for ourselves.

One idea creates another one and so on. So sharing your ideas will help others like me to create or adapt new ones in our daily work life.
